What I'm looking for

I aim to apply my analytical skills and engineering principles to biological systems, delivering engineering-driven solutions to complex bioengineering problems and developing scalable industrial solutions.

At Yeni Biyoteknoloji, I executed production processes for microfluidic chip systems and performed nanoparticle tracking analysis and exosome isolation on clinical patient samples. I also worked in controlled ISO Class 7 and 5 cleanroom facilities.

At Ege University - Hakbaba Laboratory, I investigated lipid nanoparticles for targeted cancer therapies as a TÜBİTAK scholarship student and executed cellular transfection protocols.

As a voluntary researcher at İzmir Institute of Technology - HTS Laboratory, I assisted with protein production, purification, and structural characterization. I used UCSF Chimera and PyMOL for structural modeling, binding interface analysis, and in silico visualizations.

My bioengineering studies and laboratory work have also included isolating and characterizing natural bioactive materials. I aim to apply engineering principles to biological systems and develop scalable industrial solutions.
