At MİTAŞ, I analyse operational and quality processes, clarify needs with users and stakeholders, and translate requirements into process improvements. I also coordinate with teams across quality, production, engineering, software, suppliers and customers.

For MİTAŞ's Digital Quality Process Transformation, I act as a bridge between quality-process users and the software developer. I document workflows, process rules and system expectations, then review implemented features through functional and user-oriented testing.

I identify workflow gaps and edge cases, share structured feedback with the developer, and re-test revised implementations against requirements and operational scenarios. I also develop Excel-based inspection tools with formulas, validation logic and automated conformity checks.

Alongside my quality work, I'm developing my capabilities in business analysis, Agile and Scrum, with a clear career focus on Product Ownership and digital product development. My additional projects include a technology-focused waste sorting project, research on hydrothermal carbonization, and a sustainable packaging case project.
