At Kerchanshe Equipment, I serve as an Internal Sales and Service Representative, supporting parts and service programs across my assigned territory.

I've built my career at Ries Engineering, progressing from Trainee Product Support and Sales Engineer to Junior Internal Sales and Service Representative and then Internal Sales and Service Representative. I combine parts sales, technical support, account management, contract negotiation, and customer service to strengthen retention and grow sales.

I'm certified in parts product sales and work with Caterpillar, Cummins, BYG, IPD, and Fleet-Guard products. I use SIS, TMI, MANPRO, and Salesforce to identify parts and technical data, process orders, manage accounts, and support customer relationships.

With a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, I bring heavy-equipment product knowledge, strategic marketing, market analysis, and practical sales operations experience. I enjoy identifying opportunities, promoting products, and creating targeted sales campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
