I’ve spent the last few years testing enterprise banking systems at CitiBank (CSIPL), including InvestOne regression and patch cycles. I run manual regression to ensure new code doesn’t break existing functionality across release environments like UAT, Prod, and NR.

I design and execute large-scale test suites—250+ test cases across 50+ modules and 100+ regression scenarios—alongside traceability, test reporting, and defect management in JIRA. I’ve also validated deployments across multiple releases, coordinating with analysts, developers, and product owners.

Before CitiBank, I worked on ENDUR trading tool testing at Wipro, building black-box test cases and writing detailed SRS from CRS documents. I performed database validation with SQL, supported Agile sprints with JIRA, and helped define acceptance criteria with business stakeholders.

Beyond QA, I’m actively building cybersecurity knowledge through self-directed study on attack techniques, data/privacy protection, security fundamentals, and the legal/ethical side of cybersecurity. I’m also learning AI/ML concepts and prompt engineering through an AI for Business Leaders Bootcamp, plus hands-on workflow automation tools.
