I’m a Telecommunication Engineer with a background in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and I’ve built my career around dependable telecommunications operations and customer-centered service. I’m known for being thorough, paying attention to detail, and using initiative to keep work moving even under pressure.

From PLDT Inc., where I’ve worked since 2013, I’ve applied broadcasting and telecommunications knowledge while supporting service and operations. I bring strong analytical thinking and customer service skills, plus the ability to work with both computer systems and real-world hardware/software requirements.

Earlier, as a Switch Engineer at Digital Telecommunication Philippines (2008–2013), I supported software development, maintenance, and quality assurance activities with local and remote teammates. I also worked on portable networking software in embedded environments (Ethernet/Infiniband), evaluated electrical switch requirements, and contributed to qualification, failure analysis, risk mitigation, and corrective actions—always aiming for improved quality and reliability.
