I am a registered Electronics Engineer with hands-on experience in satellite network operations, interference mitigation, and Tier 1 fault management. I ensure service continuity through proactive monitoring and rapid escalation management.

I have developed and automated QA systems using C# and LabView to improve data accuracy and streamline defect reporting, while maintaining databases and computer systems for continuous operation.
