As Executive Director and Program Director at Peoria Citizens Committee for Economic Opportunity, I led a $22M annual portfolio and 120+ staff across Head Start, housing, energy assistance, and community services. I delivered zero compliance findings across monitored programs and led changes that increased employee satisfaction by 20%.

At the City of Dellwood, I managed a $5M+ municipal budget, led a $7M bond measure from feasibility through implementation, and generated more than $1M in grant funding. My fiscal management helped maintain the city's AA bond rating and earned the East-West Gateway Council's Outstanding Local Government Achievement Award.
