I’m a Customer Support Executive who enjoys solving real customer needs with calm, clear communication. I’ve worked on a US-based process and learned how to support people effectively in fast-paced call environments.

I handled 100–200 calls per day, including captioning support for elderly customers with hearing impairment, so they could have normal telephonic conversations. I also achieved strong performance in the Stack rankings, placing in the top 25 twice among 200 people.

Alongside support work, I built my writing and research skills through content writing and blogging. I was selected from 100+ applicants to write 800–1500 word articles requiring online research and SEO, and I continued creating fashion blog content with a focus on current trends and presentation.

I bring strong communication, language proficiency, and media skills using tools like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus Canva and Adobe tools. I keep improving by staying disciplined with feedback and leveraging editing software for content and visuals.
