Taught statistics courses for non-statistics programs, adapting content and level to teaching area and research applications while producing tailored course materials.

Contributed to a consulting team assessing HIV-related indices in Costa Rica using INEC’s SEN Statistical Operations Plan, coordinating with the Health Ministry and medical management.

Supported a committee reviewing the tuition waiver policy for supplementary postgraduate programs by generating indicators from relevant variables and analyzing historical data.

Conducted statistical analysis and reporting for the “Encuesta en el marco del Observatorio Comercio Electrónico,” supporting submission of survey results to the Ministry of Economy.

Developed social-intervention methodologies across four Central American countries, reviewing questionnaires and proposing core indicators and methodological sheets. Analyzed collected data using SPSS and Excel and produced corresponding reports, including interview methodology for shelters and migrant populations in transit.

Built databases and analyzed data on applied mathematics groups to support departmental and School of Mathematics decisions on course quality, producing analyses and reports as requested while working part-time.
