I’m a Product Owner with hands-on experience in driving products from idea to delivery, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to build solutions that actually deliver value for customers. At Banca Transilvania, I manage several large-scale banking projects end-to-end, keeping teams aligned while I translate business needs into clear priorities and decisions. I drive product improvements through continuous analysis, mapping customer journeys, identifying client pain points, and delivering better flows that sponsors and teams can stand behind.

I take ownership of what I work on and aim to deliver outcomes that truly make a difference, not just features. I’m comfortable coordinating sprint activities (planning, tracking progress, and timely delivery of prioritised tasks), facilitating communication between product and development teams to reduce misunderstandings, and documenting functional & business requirements to minimize rework. As a Product Owner at Betfair (Flutter Studios), I captured clear requirements, kept the backlog up-to-date and organised, and moderated SCRUM ceremonies to improve delivery predictability and alignment.
