At Foyer Savings, I led the 0→1 launch of a financial app, defining its core flows, states, and experiences through a successful $6mm seed round.
I use customer interviews and user data to improve product outcomes: I increased FHSA account creation to 49% and deposits to 23% of signed-up users. I also launched a premium offering that converted 35% of users when the upsell was shown, and contributed React production code to help a back-end-heavy team build faster.
Previously at Hawthorne, I designed and launched a shoppable PDP/PLP experience, developed Average Session Value as a core performance metric, and co-led a six-figure re-platforming initiative. I built a Storybook-based CMS and template engine that reduced engineering bottlenecks for site updates and product launches.
My background spans product, UX, interaction design, and front-end development across Foyer Savings, Hawthorne, Huge, Cuban Council, AKQA, and freelance work for brands including Google, Salesforce, Samsung, Starbucks, FedEx, Nike, Visa, and Target.
