Developed testing strategy, toolset, and plan to test over 3 million lines of COBOL-Java re-engineered code and 250 UIs transitioned from IBM mainframe to AWS cloud. Leading team of five testers and serving as assistant scrum master in a SAFe Agile environment.

Built and led test program and plan, working closely with the development team to scope testing level of effort, validate plan and milestones, and develop/execute test cases and scenarios for new features and regression testing. Led testing team to identify and resolve software bugs.

Designed and executed testing model for the application at unit level, module level, and system level to maintain standard quality of the software and mitigate risk of system failure. Implemented end-to-end automated testing for existing Selenium framework.

Implemented QA methodologies, policies, strategies, and plans in all stages of SDLC. Performed manual testing of the application front-end and functionality, and transformed manual processes into automated test cases using Selenium WebDriver.

Senior leader in two online start-up businesses, defining business plans, operating models, technical solutions, then building and scaling the businesses from the ground up. Ran all aspects of a small business, including hiring, payroll, and vendor accounts.
