COO building AI-native operations infrastructure that turns organizational knowledge into a compounding intelligence system.
What I'm looking for
I’ve built my career around one repeated operational truth: organizational intelligence often lives in people’s heads and tribal knowledge—until it walks out the door. As a COO, I reached the ceiling of what human cognitive bandwidth can hold, and that conviction shaped everything I do next.
Now I help companies design and build an “organizational mind” as living infrastructure—not a chatbot or another siloed SaaS feature. I focus on the capture layers, knowledge graphs, reasoning systems, and the human trust frameworks that make these systems actually get adopted and keep compounding.
In my current fractional COO work, I build AI-powered operations foundations for early-stage healthcare and AI startups, designing operations “AI-native from day one.” I’ve consolidated HR, finance, legal, and compliance into unified knowledge layers, deployed AI agent workflows for distributed hiring and onboarding, and created enterprise MSA contract workflows that feed insight forward deal after deal.
Earlier as COO at Schola, I helped scale through key growth phases—partnering to raise $15M in Series A, driving 20x revenue growth, and expanding from the original founders into a fully remote team across 5 countries. I also bring earlier experience spanning venture capital due diligence, business development and operations leadership, and building clearer financial reporting alongside executives.
