I'm looking to improve business operations through data analysis, process improvement, systems implementation, and AI-assisted automation while solving complex workflow problems across teams.

I manage purchasing, inventory, reporting, systems, and process improvement for a highly regulated retail organization generating more than $1M in monthly revenue.

I've managed $10M+ in annual purchasing activity and helped grow monthly revenue from approximately $100K to more than $1M through stronger purchasing, inventory controls, operating processes, and workflows.

I use Excel and AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok to analyze operational data, reconcile records, track KPIs, forecast demand, and reduce repetitive work. I've also led ERP, inventory management, purchase-order, and POS system implementation and optimization.
