What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or documentation role where I can improve workflows, maintain high data-accuracy standards, coordinate across teams and vendors, and support time-sensitive business processes.

At Newport Tank, I review shipping instructions, enter accurate EDI documentation, process charges and invoices, and coordinate time-sensitive customer and destination documentation.

Previously at Container Port Group, I streamlined order-processing workflows across more than 30 terminals, reducing entry time by 20% while increasing data accuracy to 99.5%. I also built and managed a data-entry team that grew from 4 to more than 30 employees across two countries and recovered more than $372,000 in rebillable charges during the first year of a project.

I've supported inventory, transportation, and documentation operations through careful recordkeeping, vendor and customer communication, KPI tracking, invoice review, and process improvement using EDI systems, NetSuite ERP, RF Smart, SQL, and Microsoft Office.
