What I'm looking for

I'm exploring senior Program Manager and Product Owner opportunities where I can clarify ambiguity, connect product and IT teams, and translate enterprise initiatives into scalable digital solutions.

At Evernorth Health Services, I coordinate enterprise initiatives across 12 products and five platforms, turning loosely defined needs into executable scope. I surface dependencies, risks, and root causes while aligning product, engineering, and business teams around practical solutions.

Previously at Cigna Healthcare, I supported the growth of a digital healthcare provider directory by translating complex needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized Agile backlogs. I used customer feedback, usage data, and competitive research to guide delivery and improve product experiences.

I began my career writing proposals and interactive television content, including Emmy-nominated GREED INTERACTIVE. That writing foundation still shapes how I clarify complex problems, build consensus, and communicate the story behind the work.
