I’m an IT Governance Specialist with previous experience in IT consulting, fintech, and aviation sectors, with a strong focus on strengthening governance through clear policies, procedures, and audit readiness.

In my recent roles, I developed and maintained governance materials for Information Security and IT, and worked to build and support processes (including working in JIRA) while serving as a key point of contact for audits.

Earlier, as a Technology Consultant at EY, I conducted independent audits of ICT infrastructure—performing maturity assessment, identifying risks and controls, mapping process flows, and forming recommendations to improve IT processes, including COBIT19 maturity assessments and cost reduction opportunities.

I also bring hands-on operational experience from my Technical Support Engineer role at Azerbaijan Airlines “Azeraeronavigation,” where I monitored systems, implemented maintenance procedures, diagnosed hardware/software faults, and prepared quarterly reports—backed by ITIL4 Foundation and COBIT19 Foundation certifications.
