Sayanti Sarkar

I am a driven and enthusiastic individual currently pursuing a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Sister Nivedita University. With a strong academic foundation, I have consistently maintained a high SGPA of 8.81 and achieved 84.59% in my All India Secondary School Examination. My professional journey began as a TA Specialist Intern (HR) at SalesUP, where I have honed my skills in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing onboarding and offboarding processes.

Academically, I have conducted mentor seminars on topics such as farmer suicide and agro-industry in India, and the changing landscape of education. I am also an active member of the cultural head team at Carnivaaz, an academic cum cultural event. My skills include HR application tracking systems, advanced Excel, Tally Prime, and Microsoft Office, along with proficiency in behavioral interviewing and project management.
