At AudvikLabs, I own the lifecycle of AI and mobile products for enterprise clients, from discovery and PRDs through launch and adoption. I’ve shipped three products to Google Play and the App Store.
For Unilever R&D, I shipped SweatSense and Hair View, setting the research instrument and product scope and prototyping the Flutter build with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot. I also ran UAT with the R&D scientists who use them.
For Tata Consumer Products, I led discovery on beat optimisation and mapped current and future states in BPMN before the Python build. The resulting geospatial outlet-segmentation product runs across 500+ retail outlets.
For Crompton, I owned the AI Credit Analyser from interviews through launch, and presented the Crompton SENZE business case to the Chief Digital Officer before shipping its Flutter front end to both app stores. I also turned a LangChain RAG prototype into a funded production roadmap.
