I'm currently coaching K–8 teachers at Berkeley Preparatory Academy to internalize curriculum, align instruction to standards, and use student data to drive targeted next steps. I facilitate PLCs, professional learning, and collaborative planning cycles focused on high-quality Tier 1 instruction.

Previously, I designed student-centered instruction at Berkeley Preparatory Academy and Berkeley County School District, using formative and summative evidence to differentiate learning, accelerate mastery, and support diverse student needs. I also partnered with families, instructional teams, and school leadership to advance curriculum delivery and schoolwide improvement.

Alongside my education leadership work, I served as a Scrum Master at Booz Allen Hamilton, facilitating Agile ceremonies, clarifying priorities with Product Owners, removing workflow barriers, and coaching cross-functional teams toward consistent delivery and continuous improvement.
