At HCLTech Foundation, I manage finances and programme operations for health initiatives across Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. I manage a financial tracker with an annual budget of INR 50+ crore and review partner expenditures and progress.
I partnered with and onboarded 40+ organizations for rural implementation, working with state governments, academic institutions, development organizations, and NGOs. I also led programme expansion in Hardoi and Tamil Nadu.
My work has included an anemia initiative that reduced prevalence from 56% to below 10%, supporting more than 20,000 children with severe acute malnutrition and severe underweight across 500 villages in Hardoi. I also helped secure NQAS accreditation for 10 health facilities and Kayakalp awards for 18.
