I'm leading Sankalp Ek Lakh at Mitasha Foundation, mobilising 100,000 people to make an organ-donation pledge through partnerships with 100+ organisations across government, healthcare, education, corporate and community stakeholders.
I coordinate complex programme dependencies, budgets and outreach across institutional, government, healthcare and volunteer stakeholders. I lead 40+ volunteers across five teams and use registration, partnership and outreach trends to focus mobilisation on behavioural outcomes.
For The Grand Walkathon 2025, I co-organised an organ-donation awareness event that reached 6,128 participants across 108 institutions and was recognised by the World Book of Records, London. I also resolved conflicting senior-stakeholder schedules by restructuring the programme around fixed critical requirements.
Previously at JPMorgan Chase & Co., I prepared regulatory reports and financial controls for two UK-regulated entities and provided portfolio governance across 10–25 concurrent projects. I built Alteryx automation that reduced manual PMO reporting by approximately three hours per week.
