I’m looking for a customer success or technical support role where I can own onboarding and platform adoption for talent acquisition teams, handle complex issues end-to-end, and partner cross-functionally to improve the user experience.

I resolve system, account, and candidate management issues using Zendesk and Salesforce, managing high-volume case loads through clear, responsive communication.
