I am a Computer Science and Engineering graduate with 1.8 years of IT experience, specializing in technical support and cybersecurity tools. My journey began at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, where I developed a strong foundation in technology and a passion for cybersecurity. I hold a CompTIA A+ certification and have hands-on experience in incident management, threat mitigation, and vulnerability management.

Currently, I work as an L1 Support Engineer at JoulestoWatts, where I successfully handle a high volume of IT incidents while enforcing security best practices. My role involves managing user access controls and device security, conducting root cause analysis, and providing clear technical support to end users. I am particularly proud of my contributions to improving organizational security posture and minimizing downtime through effective communication and technical expertise.

In addition to my professional experience, I have worked on projects that showcase my skills in automation and programming. I collaborated on a customer support ticket automation system and developed a random password generator, both of which highlight my commitment to enhancing efficiency and security.
