What I'm looking for

I am looking for an entry-level position in cybersecurity where I can grow, contribute to security measures, and be part of a collaborative team focused on protecting organizational assets.

I am an aspiring cybersecurity professional with a strong foundation in cybersecurity principles and technologies, gained through my education and hands-on experience. I hold a BSc in Electronics and Telecommunications Technology from the University of Zimbabwe, where I graduated with honors. My journey in the IT field began with a role as a Core/BSS Network Engineer at Telecel Zimbabwe, where I honed my skills in network management and security.

Currently, I serve as an IT Administrator at PMC AFRICA, where I am responsible for maintaining network infrastructure, implementing security policies, and conducting regular security audits. My technical proficiency includes familiarity with network protocols, scripting in Python and Bash, and using security tools like SIEM. I am committed to leveraging my knowledge and certifications to contribute effectively to organizational security and asset protection.
