I’m a Senior Microsoft 365 & Exchange Administrator with 11+ years of experience designing, administering, and optimizing enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Exchange Server, Entra ID, and Hybrid Exchange environments.
I’ve supported global organizations with up to 130,000+ mailboxes, delivering secure, highly available, and compliant messaging services. I’m especially strong in Exchange Online migrations, tenant consolidations, email security, Microsoft 365 Copilot administration, PowerShell automation, identity management, and enterprise messaging operations.
In my current role, I administer and support Microsoft 365 messaging infrastructure for 60,000+ mailboxes, automating mailbox administration workflows through ServiceNow integrations. I also manage Hybrid Exchange environments, ensuring seamless mail flow between on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online.

Automates mailbox administration workflows via ServiceNow integrations and manages Hybrid Exchange mail flow, DAG/high-availability operations, and email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

Manages EOP and Mimecast email security, performs mail tracing and delivery troubleshooting, and handles eDiscovery/auditing with identity security via Azure AD MFA and Conditional Access policies.
