At CodeSage India Private Limited, I build an LLM-powered discovery assistant and an offline-first Monitoring/Evaluation platform for a nonprofit client. The assistant works across web and WhatsApp, in text and voice, and supports nine Indian languages.

I focus on making answers grounded and safe: the system discloses when its corpus has no answer, keeps citations clean, and suppresses dead-domain links. I also built a second assistant over the client's voice archive, from prototype to demo in four days.

I re-architected the answer core with a provider gateway, identity-gateway authentication, Redis state, and SSE streaming. A 414-case parity harness verified that the rebuilt core matched what it replaced; I also root-caused and fixed two user-blocking production incidents.

Before CodeSage, I worked across full-stack and frontend roles at DataNova, Azilen Technologies, NinjaTech, Webelight Solutions, and IIH Global. At Azilen Technologies, I led frontend architecture and mentored a team of 5+ developers; at Webelight Solutions, I built React and React Native component libraries and data dashboards.
