What I'm looking for

I'm well positioned for the Senior Manager, E&S Risk Governance & Controls role at BMO.

At Hydro One, I provide second-line challenge on E&S and climate risk disclosures and support the governance framework and internal controls behind them. I assess disclosures against OSFI B-15, TCFD, ISSB S1/S2, GRI, and SASB.

I maintain regulatory gap analyses and remediation roadmaps, and coordinate contributions to the annual Climate Report and Sustainability Report. I also prepare E&S risk materials for Board, Audit Committee, and senior leadership review.

Previously, I managed APAC E&S governance at Believe Digital Pvt. Ltd. and assessed environmental and social risks at Himalaya Wellness Company. My work has included regulatory monitoring, ESG data validation, control guidance, and reporting across organizations and stakeholders.
