What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to lead ESG mainstreaming, procurement policy alignment, and stakeholder engagement—bringing TCFD/IFRS S1 & S2-aligned climate risk, double materiality, and governance frameworks to a multilateral development bank level.

I’m a climate and sustainability leader with 14+ years of progressive experience delivering Environmental & Social (E&S) appraisal, ESG due diligence, and sustainability strategy across finance, energy, infrastructure, mining, and agriculture. I advise senior executives and investors and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, timely project outcomes.

I bring hands-on expertise aligning disclosures and climate risk to TCFD / IFRS S1 & S2, building double materiality assessments, and integrating sustainable finance into decision-making. I designed climate and ESG risk frameworks for investors and launched an emissions and sustainability dashboard that improved data transparency and reduced compliance gaps by ~25%.

Currently, I’m an ESG & Impact Manager (Part-Time) at Expedier Inc., where I design climate and ESG risk frameworks aligned with OSFI B-15 and IFRS S1/S2, lead double materiality assessments, and set governance and reporting structures with science-based targets and KPIs. Previously at EY and EBS Advisory, I led teams and governance for 30+ concurrent assessments, achieved 95% client satisfaction, and supported stakeholder engagement and regulatory negotiations to enable successful delivery—driven by my goal to lead ESG mainstreaming, procurement policy alignment, and stakeholder engagement at a multilateral development bank level.
