I lead Environmental Health & Safety efforts with a strong focus on environmental sustainability, safety-first operations, and continuous improvement. I bring hands-on expertise in ISO-aligned management systems and a clear interest in Green House Gas emissions and carbon credits.
In my current role, I coordinate maintenance and recertification of ISO 9001, 14001, 14064, and 45001, partnering with sectional heads to identify and mitigate operational hazards. I ensure HSE documentation quality (including safety directives, permits-to-work, incident reports, and violation notices), run environmental compliance monitoring, and manage environmental impact assessment activities from assessment through post impact review.
I also strengthen preparedness and compliance through HSE inductions, inspections, and corrective interventions that eliminate unsafe acts and conditions. As a technical advisor to management on fire, health, environment, and safety, I coach and mentor teams, deliver timely HSE reporting, and drive emergency readiness through drills and Emergency Response Team simulations.
