I’m an Associate Executive with hands-on experience across KYC and document verification, insurance claim status follow-ups, and backend transaction processing. My focus is always accuracy, compliance, and keeping systems updated with reliable records.

In patient insurance workflows, I verify insurance and claim status through outbound calls and ensure timely updates for pending, denied, and closed claims. I coordinate with insurance teams to support claim resolution and closure, while maintaining accurate documentation and internal records.

I’ve also worked extensively in non-voice and banking processes, supporting real backend operations using OCR and web-based document tools for encoding, indexing, and classification (including mortgage document indexing to standards). I bring strong time management, organized filing for compliance/reporting, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
