What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role in TVET/VET reform where I can lead private-sector engagement, curriculum and market assessments, and results-based monitoring, partnering with donors and ministries to strengthen employer participation and labor-market alignment.

I’m an education and vocational training reform specialist with 13+ years of experience across Uzbekistan and Central Asia. I’ve worked with GIZ, Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation, Mercy Corps, the British Embassy, and international research institutions, focusing on curriculum development, private sector engagement, and policy dialogue with government ministries and donors.

In my recent and ongoing work, I build and maintain partnerships between private sector stakeholders and VET institutions, then translate industry skills assessments into curriculum development. I also design and operationalize monitoring & evaluation approaches—supporting employer participation in training design, work-based learning, internships, and apprenticeships—while reporting outcomes to donors such as the EU and USAID.

I’m currently a Part-time Senior Lecturer & Tutor at MDIST Tashkent, delivering lectures, mentoring students in research and analytical skills, and adapting assessments to learning outcomes. I’ve also published research on vocational education governance and employer engagement in Uzbekistan’s training systems, reflecting my commitment to evidence-led, labor-market aligned TVET.
