I am a dedicated cardiac program specialist with over a decade of hands-on experience coordinating structural heart services, championing patient access, and educating multidisciplinary teams on therapies such as TAVR and WATCHMAN. I partner with surgeons, interventional cardiologists, hospital leadership, and external referral sources to build programs, improve workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance while tracking quality outcomes.

I have led high-volume cardiac cath lab operations, supported major service-line expansions, and launched new device programs by developing protocols, training staff, and strengthening physician relationships. My work focuses on screening and referral optimization, clinician education, registry management, and outreach strategies that increase therapy awareness and improve patient throughput.
