I'm leading daily operations for a two-lab Cath/EP/IR department at Methodist Hospital Westover Hills, coordinating safe procedural flow, staffing, physician communication, and resource readiness.

Across Methodist Hospital roles, I've supported cardiac, interventional, and pediatric Cath Lab care—from STEMI, structural heart, heart failure, transplant, and LVAD patients to complex congenital heart interventions. I've standardized pediatric cardiac workflows, precepted nurses, provided moderate sedation, and partnered with physicians, anesthesia, inpatient units, and leadership to improve readiness and continuity of care.

I'm committed to practical quality improvement, including leading an AACN Clinical Scene Investigator Academy project addressing turnover times and communication gaps between holding and procedural areas.
