Clinical Research Program Manager at Massachusetts General Hospital overseeing NIH-funded studies across the U.S. and Africa.

Message

At Massachusetts General Hospital, I lead operational planning and execution for NIH-funded clinical, observational, and epidemiologic studies across the U.S. and Africa, from start-up through closeout.

I manage study timelines, resources, and multimillion-dollar budgets, while coordinating principal investigators, research sites, institutional partners, and data teams. I also oversee IRB and ethics submissions, essential study records, and audit-ready processes.

At EQUILACT Incorporated NGO, I co-develop maternal and infant health outreach programs for women and families in low-resource settings. I also design a monitoring system to track program progress and impact.

Earlier, at Boston Children’s Hospital, I coordinated clinical research and developed REDCap data-collection tools. My research has also included a point-of-use drinking water treatment intervention in Pomerini, Tanzania, and water-quality assessment in Massachusetts.
