What I'm looking for

I’m seeking program- or research-management roles where I can lead operations, strengthen M&E and data quality, manage grants, and build staff capacity in mission-driven organizations.

I am a public health professional with deep experience managing complex research portfolios, study start-up, and operational systems across international and domestic settings. I have overseen multimillion-dollar programs, coordinated with government ministries and major sponsors, and ensured regulatory and data-quality compliance.

My background spans research program management, monitoring and evaluation, and quality systems implementation, with hands-on experience in GCP, IRB processes, HACCP, and SOP development. I have directed teams, trained staff, and optimized workflows to meet enrollment, reporting, and operational goals.

I have contributed to manuscript and grant preparation, performed epidemiologic and statistical analyses using tools like SAS and Excel, and supported study design and data management across infectious disease and reproductive health projects. I bring practical experience liaising with sponsors such as NIH, USAID, and CDC and with local Ministries of Health.
