Kieran Heffernan

I am a public health professional focused on population health research, implementation science, and clinical operations coordination. I bring hands-on experience managing program workflows, documentation, and patient-facing communication across clinical and community settings.

During clinical project roles, I coordinated program operations, maintained consistent workflows and handoffs, and supported recovery resources for networks of 300+ patients while ensuring sensitive, accurate patient communication.

I have produced program-facing deliverables such as a Community Health Improvement Plan and community health needs assessments for school districts, informed by mixed methods research, literature synthesis, and spatial analysis. My training includes an MS in Population Health Research (Translation and Implementation Science) and a BA in Neuroscience.

I contribute clear technical writing, quality control, and deadline-driven project management to multidisciplinary teams and aim to support evidence-informed program implementation, evaluation, and administrative excellence.
