What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on Senior/Staff AI/ML role where I can build production LLM and agentic systems end to end. I’m especially interested in agents, RAG, multimodal AI, voice systems, model training/fine-tuning and inference optimization. I prefer teams where I can stay close to product, make technical decisions, and have clear ownership and visible business impact.

I’m a Senior AI/ML Engineer with 5 years of experience building production ML systems, with the last few years focused on LLM agents, RAG, multimodal AI, voice systems, fine-tuning and optimized inference.

At Avito, I worked on an internal agent platform that grew from a small RAG-based Telegram bot into a broader production system with tools and business workflows. I was one of the key technical people behind the platform, driving core architecture and implementation. I also led small cross-functional project teams and shipped production AI systems end to end.

Other projects included a real-time voice-to-voice support assistant that reduced call-center load by 54%, multimodal recognition systems, LLM fine-tuning, and large-scale inference optimization on H100 clusters.

I’m strongest when I can stay hands-on, work close to product, and own technically complex problems from idea and architecture through production deployment and performance tuning. I’m particularly interested in LLM agents, AI infrastructure, multimodal systems and applied AI products.
