What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an early-career role where I can combine product-focused documentation and QA with data-quality automation, while applying cybersecurity/observability thinking (Splunk/SIEM) to deliver clear, measurable outcomes.

I’m a Computational Technologies engineering student at Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, building my skills across networking, cybersecurity, and data structures through coursework and hands-on roles. I’m especially driven by turning complex technical information into clear, reliable outcomes.

As an IKUSI Product Intern in Collaboration Solutions, I contributed to technical documentation for network and collaboration services, ensuring clarity and standardization for both clients and internal teams. I also monitored and curated product blog content to keep solution details accurate and timely, and I supported security architecture storytelling for observability using Splunk by creating infographics and flyers. Through internal review sessions, I helped analyze client inquiries and restructure documentation to improve solution clarity.

In parallel, I sharpened my QA and automation mindset at Enviaflores as a QA Intern, executing comprehensive manual testing across iOS and web and building detailed test cases and reports using Qase, plus test management with GitHub version control. As a Student Research Assistant, I built an end-to-end Python ETL pipeline and delivered measurable data validity gains, alongside a Power Automate workflow with rule-based alerts to reduce manual monitoring. I continue applying my cybersecurity focus through a Defensive Architecture and Operational Risk project, including a Hybrid SOC operational model and incident containment SLAs.
