What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead reliable software testing with customer focus, collaborate across teams, and own end-to-end quality (test cases, defects, and UAT) while continuously learning and improving processes.

I’m an Industrial Engineer focused on delivering reliable, customer-centered technology. I blend curiosity, precision, and empathy to ensure product quality while collaborating naturally across teams.

As an NTT DATA Solutions Team Leader, I led the execution and monitoring of software testing activities. I managed transaction-based test cases to ensure compliance, handled the defect lifecycle end-to-end, coordinated cross-functional sessions, and supported UAT administration with progress reporting for international teams.

Previously at ITALIKA, I analyzed system requirements and use cases, evaluated code for specification compliance, and documented technical issues across the SDLC. At ELEKTRA, I designed and executed end-to-end test plans, validated functionality in simulated real-world environments, and assessed overall software quality.

I’m adaptable and driven by continuous learning, backed by a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Tecmilenio and an EF SET certification. My background also includes applying Lean tools as an Industrial Engineering Intern and providing Tier 1 tech support and troubleshooting at Tata Consultancy Services.
