In my most visible leadership work, I onboarded 500+ builders into the Stellar ecosystem by architecting a 6-campus University Circuit that bridges theory to functional participation. I also manage a 5,000+ member cross-platform community, coordinating growth strategies through virtual collaboration tools across multiple East African nations.

On the partnership and funding side, I’ve enabled 12 East African projects to secure SDF Community Fund grants by advising teams on technical milestones and application strategies. I’ve also accelerated protocol understanding and engagement through Build Week Hackathons and targeted developer bootcamps, guiding participants from concept to functional MVPs.

As a digital-first community and growth leader, I combine developer relations with program management—mentoring 50+ entrepreneurs on product strategy, tokenomics, and go-to-market. I bring a DeFi-forward mindset across areas like stablecoin adoption, financial inclusion, cross-border payments, regulatory analysis, and ecosystem mapping to help teams build what users can adopt.
