I’m a Data Analyst and fresh M.Sc. Data Science graduate with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI. I specialize in customer behaviour analysis, e-commerce analytics, and dashboard development that turns complex datasets into decisions.

In my Business Analyst Intern role at ExcelR, I analyzed financial and loan datasets using SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to identify high-risk borrower segments. I built and automated KPI dashboards integrating 4+ data sources, eliminating manual effort for weekly stakeholder reporting.

Through my projects, I’ve focused on predictive analytics with business-ready outputs. For Customer Returns Prediction, I analyzed 500K+ e-commerce transactions, engineered customer-level features, and trained models including Logistic Regression (91% accuracy) and XGBoost (AUC: 0.93), then delivered Tableau dashboards for independent insight generation.

I’m also comfortable working across the analytics lifecycle—data preparation, modeling, and communication. In Marketing Campaign Response Prediction, I analyzed 45K+ records and delivered XGBoost scoring (AUC: 0.93) with Tableau dashboards for response KPIs and segmentation. I’m now seeking a full-time Data Analyst role where data drives decisions.
