What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Data Analyst role where I can use structured thinking, Python, SQL, and clear visualisation to identify patterns, quantify business impact, and drive measurable outcomes.

I've built end-to-end analytics projects across telecom, finance, and retail, using Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI to turn real-world data into clear business recommendations.

In a telecom churn analysis, I examined 7,000+ customers and identified high-risk month-to-month and early-tenure segments. I translated findings into a targeted retention recommendation using discounts or security and support add-ons.

I've also developed financial market-impact analysis and an e-commerce customer intelligence platform, including RFM segmentation, cohort retention analysis, and an XGBoost churn prediction model. My e-commerce analysis found that the top 20% of customers by monetary value accounted for approximately 60% of revenue.

During my Data Science internship at UNP Education, I worked across data preparation, preprocessing, classification model evaluation, and documentation. I'm looking to bring structured problem-solving and clear data storytelling to a Data Analyst role.
