I've built end-to-end analytics projects that turn raw transaction and customer data into clear business recommendations. My work spans churn prediction, customer segmentation, revenue analysis, and interactive reporting.

For an e-commerce customer behavior analysis, I cleaned, aggregated, and modeled 500K+ transaction records using Python and SQL. I built a Power BI dashboard with RFM segmentation and repeat-purchase analysis to identify high-value customer cohorts, product performance, and regional demand differences.

In a bank churn analysis, I analyzed 10,000 customer records and found that inactive membership had nearly twice the churn rate of active members. I translated that finding into an engagement-first retention recommendation and created a weighted customer Value Score with Bronze-to-Platinum tiers.

I'm completing an MCA and bring hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and documentation. I enjoy making data accessible through dashboards that support decisions around retention, inventory, operations, and revenue.
