I’m a Data Analyst with 1 year of industry experience, specializing in exploratory data analysis, predictive modelling, and business intelligence reporting. I focus on turning messy, real-world data into clear insights that help teams make smarter decisions.

In my Data Analyst role at Navo, I analysed e-commerce sales, customer behaviour, and inventory across 500,000+ records using Python and SQL. I built interactive Power BI dashboards for key e-commerce KPIs, and used cohort analysis and customer segmentation (pandas, scikit-learn) to identify high-value users and reduce churn by flagging at-risk segments.

Before that, as a Data Analytics Intern at Learn and Build, I developed 10+ analytical reports and dashboards in Python and MS Excel. I cleaned and preprocessed datasets of up to 100,000+ records, then delivered exploratory findings through visualisations using Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Power BI—so insights reached stakeholders quickly and reliably.

I also apply my toolkit through end-to-end projects: predictive modelling on web-scraped data (85% accuracy) with a Power BI dashboard, market basket analysis with Apriori (200+ high-confidence rules), financial risk analysis with hypothesis testing (p < 0.05), and logistics route optimisation using advanced SQL. I’m currently completing a Data Science certification covering machine learning, NLP, and deep learning, and I’m eager to grow into more advanced analytics and ML-driven business impact.
