Sarah Roser
@sarahroser
I’m an enthusiastic elementary educator with Orton-Gillingham training, building supportive classrooms and strong family partnerships.
What I'm looking for
I’m an enthusiastic and collaborative elementary educator with three years of full-time first grade teaching experience. I focus on creating a nurturing, engaging environment where students can harness their potential, flourish, and grow into independent lifelong learners.
I hold a Master of Arts in Teaching (3.9 GPA) and a Kentucky teaching certification (K-5). With training in Orton-Gillingham, I deliver differentiated, evidence-based reading and phonics instruction using multisensory strategies to support the whole child.
I build strong family partnerships through consistent communication and home-school connections, and I work collaboratively with staff to support both academic and social-emotional development. Previously, as a Chief Deputy PVA, I supervised and trained staff, managed assessments and valuations with accuracy and compliance, and provided customer service—skills I bring into my classroom leadership and reflective practice.
