What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an engaging role where I can apply research design, data analysis, project management, and reporting to improve outcomes in mental health, workforce development, higher education, social and support services, child welfare, residential care, or healthcare.

I'm currently a Patient Advocate, Trainer, and Leadership Team member at Proactive MD, where I support patient advocacy operations, train new team members, coordinate clinic setup, and help define KPIs for patient advocacy.

Previously, I directed treatment at Vigo County Homes for Children for nearly nine years. I led CARF accreditation work, developed trauma-informed policies and procedures, implemented a HIPAA- and HITECH-compliant paperless database, and created a Performance Measurement and Management Plan to evaluate outcomes and opportunities for improvement.

My work combines research design, data collection, qualitative and quantitative analysis, reporting, workflow improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. I've used Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, SPSS, Clienttrak, Childtrax, AS400, Athena, and case-management systems to gather, maintain, analyze, and present meaningful data.

I've also taught psychology at Vincennes University and Indiana State University, worked as a research assistant and employment counselor, and published a master's thesis in experimental psychology. I'm motivated by using evidence, training, and strong cross-functional relationships to improve mental health, workforce, education, social-service, and healthcare outcomes.
