At InfraBuild, I developed an API-integrated live savings dashboard and enhanced the AU$6 billion Spend Map with Managed Spend Under Contract and DPO tracking. I also developed a centralised PO dashboard to analyse PO and non-PO spend and support more automated reporting.
In my current Strategic Procurement Excellence and Analytics role, I use Power BI, SAP Ariba and ERP systems to improve procurement visibility, track savings and KPIs, and support supplier governance and sourcing decisions.
At L&T Energy Hydrocarbon, I managed post-award contract administration, commercial management and supplier performance across EPC projects valued from USD$100 million to USD$1.2 billion. I developed standardised procurement trackers and a consolidated dashboard covering budgets, spend, delivery performance, delays and milestones.
As Procurement Manager, I managed capital equipment procurement for Oil & Gas EPC projects and achieved 5–7% savings against target pricing through strategic negotiations. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from SGS Institute of Technology and Science.
