I'm seeking a clinical informatics leadership role where I can translate technology into measurable improvements in patient care, clinical workflows, quality performance, and regulatory readiness.

At Hospital for Special Surgery, I lead enterprise clinical quality strategy across high-acuity services, driving eQMS adoption, KPI dashboards, regulatory readiness, and risk mitigation with executive leaders and governing boards.

I've built and optimized EPIC workflows, including an electronic informed-consent solution later adopted hospital-wide. My work bridges clinical teams, IT, compliance, and vendors from design through go-live, using PDCA to create sustainable improvements in patient care and operations.

Across 15+ years in healthcare quality and clinical operations, I've led audit readiness with zero department citations, increased controlled-substance reconciliation compliance to 99.8%, and supported more than 99% compliance with AHA resuscitation quality metrics. I also bring clinical research, GCP, laboratory operations, and published patient-safety research experience.
