What I'm looking for

I’m looking for AI training work where I can apply conversational design and natural language skills with empathetic, ethical communication. I want a role that values accurate documentation, strong problem solving, and continuous learning.

I’m a healthcare graduate with a psychology background, and I’m now transitioning into AI training. I bring analytical thinking, empathetic communication, and problem-solving skills shaped by years in healthcare and customer support, and I’m motivated to contribute to “intelligent, ethical, and inclusive AI systems.”

In customer care and technical support roles, I handle inbound calls and live chat, diagnose issues, troubleshoot effectively, and document resolutions accurately while meeting performance and quality targets.
